Carreer
Klaus Wehrmann began his professional career abroad. In the fifties he worked as a technician in France, after which he returned to Germany in order to compliment his technical education with a commercial education.
Already whilst studying he established a business and began to develop a new method of bending steel-profiles.
Persuaded by his father, he introduced this procedure into the family business, at that time northern Germany´s biggest iron and steel wholesale dealer. He rapidly succeeded in transforming the formerly purely commercial enterprise into a specialized manufacturer for the furniture industry. His biggest distribution success was in 1972 with the production of the steel frames for the seating in the Munich Olympic stadium. Based on these successes, he arranged the lucrative sale of the family business to a Swedish steel company.
Thereafter Klaus Wehrmann built up a specialized business for renovating old buildings, which was sold at the end of the eighties.
Since the beginning of the nineties, he built up a new Group of companies specializing in fixing damages in the area of interiors (high-quality leather furniture and floor textiles). In the meantime, the business is represented in seven northern German cities, functions nationwide and is growing strongly.
