Dr. Wehrmann is the CEO of the Certina Holding AG. In this function, he predominantly deals with the strategic control and the development of the necessary operative realignment of the shareholdings.

With a Ph.D. in economy and as an INSEAD MBA graduate, he possesses the necessary theoretical background. The knowledge gained from a multitude of takeovers and realignments of medium sized businesses equips him with a wealth of essential practical experience.

Dr. Hans Wehrmann is married and has three children.

Career
Dr. Wehrmann already started his career during his schooldays as independent mini-entrepreneur by dealing in used refrigerators, stoves and washing machines. He covered the costs for his studies in Switzerland and for the MBA program by founding a publishing house as well as organizing management and recruiting seminars.

After successfully completing the MBA program at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, he became a management consultant for the Boston Consulting Group where he lead projects specifically in the strategic development and business restructuring areas, before changing to shareholding management of medium sized manufacturing companies. Education Dr. Hans Wehrmann studied economics in German and French at the university of Fribourg/Switzerland. He completed his studies with a doctorate. His thesis, which was assessed with "magna cum laude", dealt with the topic of organizational development. His studies, supplemented by the necessary practical experience, were published in two practically oriented books. Additionally, he graduated as Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Business School INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
