Mr. Wondra is the Head of Corporate Development and Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) for the Certina Holding AG. He is responsible for the strategy in the process of the selection and acquisition of new businesses.  With a degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA as well as long term experience in the engineering sector and the M&A business, he possesses the necessary theoretical and practical background.

Mr. Wondra is single and has no children.

Mr. Wondra studied mechanical engineering at the University for Applied Sciences in Munich with a focus on Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM). He acquired his business background at the Wake Forest University in Charlotte, USA where he received an MBA degree.

After completing his studies in mechanical engineering he started his career for the BMW Group in Spartanburg in the procurement department with the focus of benchmarking US suppliers. After his return to Munich he worked as a risk analyst in the Financial Services department of the BMW Group, where he was responsible for the risk evaluation of the portfolio financed by BMW worldwide.

After his stay with the BMW group he joined the Investment bank VISCARDI with the responsibility of handling M&A transactions and was an external consultant to the PE Fund Auctus to provide support on restructuring activities of two engineering companies.
